About Scatter Slots
Scatter Slots is built around a single mechanic: the scatter symbol that opens free spins, pick rounds and multipliers. A reader who arrives here already knows how scatter counts shape entry odds, and expects a reference guide to online casino games rather than another place to bet. We are the editorial team behind the website.
What the website is and who it serves
- This website is for adults, 18+, and only where online gambling is legal.
- Scatter Slots is a reference guide to online casino games, and it is not a casino: a reader cannot place a bet or leave a deposit here.
- Reviews of individual games, lists of games and a search across the website make up what you find here.
- Each game's figures are drawn from a catalogue of game data, and we do not say where that catalogue comes from.
Editorial proofreading
All materials on Scatter Slots pass through editorial proofreading. The benefit for you is practical rather than decorative. When two games are weighed against each other by scatter frequency, the number of symbols needed to trigger, retrigger generosity and how much of a game sits inside its bonus round, that comparison only holds if each description has been checked. Proofreading does not change what a game is; it keeps a description faithful to the game it covers, which is the plain job of a reference guide.
